Don Lloyd   Don resides in Grayslake, and teaches full time at the College of Lake County, where he provides a practical as well as a scientific approach to learning.  He is a plant biologist, studying and working with macro and micro (molecular) levels of plant activity.  Don feels his background in plant biology and soils provides valuable insight for residents in an urban setting.  Don was appointed to serve as the state representative of the Great Lakes Committee, where he hopes to ensure the sustainable use of our water resources while confirming that the states retain authority over water use and diversions of Great Lakes waters.
